CSN Impact Report
One Year In: The Chatham Success Network Impact Report
The Chatham Success Network launched with a simple but ambitious idea: families in Chatham County shouldn’t have to navigate housing instability, employment challenges, and other barriers alone – and the agencies supporting them shouldn’t have to work in isolation either.
One year in, the CSN’s first impact report reflects what that commitment has produced. Across seven partner organizations, the network enrolled 19 families, served 91 individuals, and maintained an 89% family retention rate during its pilot year. An independent evaluation by Partners for Impact confirmed what partners were experiencing on the ground: the model is working.
The report covers the CSN’s approach to coordinated case management, partner learning and capacity building, community leadership and engagement, and what’s ahead for 2026 and beyond.
United Way of Chatham County serves as the backbone organization of the CSN – convening partners, managing shared data infrastructure, and ensuring the network operates with fidelity to its mission. This report is a reflection of what that backbone makes possible.
