Chatham County COVID-19 Response Fund
The United Way of Chatham County and Chatham County Government are supporting residents impacted by the Coronavirus, by establishing the Chatham County COVID-19 Response Fund.
The Chatham County COVID-19 Response Fund is accepting donations to support local children and families impacted by the virus. United Way and the County will coordinate with local nonprofits to determine ongoing needs and fund distribution. 100% of your donation will be distributed to front-line nonprofits addressing urgent and critical needs as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Areas of anticipated need include:
- Food insecurities and other critical resources for homebound seniors and families with children
- Childcare services
- Financial support like rental assistance
- Medical access such as transportation, prescription refills and homebound supports
- Mental Health Services
